The LocationIt all starts with the location. Tell us what you like about your site, what features such as trees and views that you would like incorporated into the building design. Provide photo’s and diagrams of your site.Ideas & InspirationWhat are your ideas and inspiration? Provide us with a list of what you know you want or don’t want incorporated into the building design, including your anticipated budget, sketches and photos of buildings you like to assist us in developing a design brief.Initial ConsultationArrange a meeting with us to discuss your ideas and inspiration to develop the design brief. From this we will visit your site, interpret the design brief and prepare initial sketches giving a design framework, for your consideration.Preliminary DesignOn approval of the design framework sketches we develop preliminary design drawings including site layout and floor plans, external elevations and preliminary selection of materials and finishes to adequately communicate the design.Consultants and PermitsWe now can recommend and coordinate specialist consultants and relevant permits required for your project.Working DrawingsPrepare fully detailed working drawings at an appropriate scale including dimensioned plans, elevations, sections and special detailing to enable the project to be tendered and constructed.Costing and Builder SelectionSelecting a builder you can relate to is very important.
